Over a career of more than 15 years, I have been a key contributor
to different restaurants in several countries. Starting in my
hometown Rome, I have developed and enhanced my skills in
restaurants across Italy, Spain, Cayman Islands and London.
As executive chef I conceptualize and develop excellent and innovative menus to optimize guest satisfaction while overseeing comprehensive kitchen operations, including ordering and supply management, food preparation and presentation, special event management, event set-up and effective kitchen staff management ensuring that the best quality of food is served, as well as maintaining a hygienic environment. I have strong communication and organization skills which I use to engage with the front-house staff, management and marketing team. I direct and motivate teams effectively to guarantee the success of any dinning establishment.
